Hi! 👋 I’m Angie!

After 26+ years in law, I’ve seen how essential it is for service providers and content creators to protect their businesses with legal contracts that truly represent who they are. If you want to run a business that reflects your values and fosters loving boundaries with your clients, then you need to be in the Happy at Law Community!

I have been an attorney for over 26 years in “Big Corporate” working for international, publicly traded companies. Although still a practicing attorney in the states of Texas and Oklahoma, I also support online coaches, consultants, course creators, service providers, artists, content creators and podcasters as a legal and business strategist and help my students confidently create their own business contracts, establish proper business set-up, and provide guidance on how to avoid and overcome legal issues.
